RuneScape’s Necromancy: Unleashing a New Dimension of Combat

For years, RuneScape has captivated players with its vast world and intricate combat systems, but something groundbreaking is on the horizon. Brace yourself for the arrival of RuneScape’s latest game-changer, Necromancy – an entirely new standalone combat style that shatters the conventional combat triangle. Necromancy stands as a unique anomaly, neither weak nor strong against magic, ranged, or melee, offering players an unparalleled combat experience.

The Birth of Necromancy

Necromancy, as a combat skill, represents an ambitious endeavor for the developers. Breaking new ground, RuneScape has never introduced a completely new combat style before. The introduction of Necromancy is a testament to the game’s dedication to innovation and constant improvement. It is designed to be accessible to new players, piquing their interest in RuneScape’s combat while still being deep enough to reward dedicated veterans who delve into its intricacies.

A New Dimension of Combat

One of the defining features of Necromancy is its departure from the traditional combat triangle. Unlike other combat styles that have clear advantages and disadvantages, Necromancy defies this norm. Whether you’re a seasoned combat veteran or a fledgling adventurer just starting out, Necromancy welcomes all players with open arms.

Weapons and Armor

As a budding Necromancer, you will embark on a journey guided by a solid tutorial, ensuring you’re well-prepared to harness the power of the undead. Along the way, you will receive necromancer-specific weapons and armor that you can upgrade over time. The Death Guard, a formidable weapon, allows Necromancers to harness the necrotic energy, while the lantern serves as the conduit for conjuring spirits for combat.

Initially starting as tank gear, you have the freedom to switch to the power branch once you reach level 70, unlocking strength bonuses. Moreover, the equipment can be upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 90, and an exciting Tier 95 awaits players who are willing to take on the new necromancy boss.

Conjuring Spirits

The signature ability of Necromancy is the ability to conjure spirits during combat. Necromancers can summon three different spirits – skeletons, zombies, and ghosts – each with its unique mechanics. While they fight alongside you for a limited time, you can recast the ability at an adrenaline cost to command them to perform special actions. This mechanic opens up various strategic possibilities, making Necromancy a dynamic and engaging combat style.

Unlocking Talent Points

As you progress through Necromancy, you will unlock Talent Points, which allow you to tailor your combat abilities to your preferred playstyle. Each level gained presents you with a choice for which ability you wish to upgrade, adding depth and complexity to the skill.

The Future of Necromancy

The introduction of Necromancy is merely the beginning of an exciting journey. The developers are committed to making Necromancy a skill that continuously evolves and stays engaging for players over the years to come. The focus is on fostering a collaborative relationship with the player base, ensuring that Necromancy remains fresh, exciting, and finely tuned based on player feedback.

Conclusion

RuneScape’s introduction of Necromancy marks a revolutionary step in its combat system. The standalone combat style defies the conventional combat triangle, providing players with an entirely new experience. Accessible to newcomers yet deep enough to satisfy seasoned combat veterans, Necromancy promises to be a game-changer in the RuneScape universe.

Embrace the allure of summoning the undead, buffing them up, and witnessing massive hits on the battlefield. Necromancy introduces a unique form of combat that showcases the game’s commitment to innovation and player satisfaction. As you venture into the world of RuneScape’s Necromancy, remember that this is only the beginning of an adventure with endless possibilities. Will you take the plunge and master the art of Necromancy? The choice is yours.

OSRS Farming Patches

New to OSRS? Well, Farming is going to be a challenging skill for you to train with several arising questions like, “how do I start training”, “why do my crops keep dying”, etc. But hey, it’s quite a common problem that we’re here to resolve.

To understand the mechanics, you need to first dive deep into the process and different types of Farming patches across the game. That’s why we’ve decided to break down sections and create a guide to ease your pain.

So, what is Farming?

Farming allows you to grow plants in various patches and harvest them for rewards. There are thousands of varieties you can choose from, and they’re categorized into 8 different types: flowers, herbs, bushes, trees, hops, fruit trees, allotments, and special crops.

Each category has a specialized patch to farm, and only the designated seed of the category can be planted there. However, there’s an exception for flowers because they can be grown anywhere.

Besides that, every seed has a unique requirement to grow. For instance, you need to combine tree seeds with tree pots to create saplings before you can plant them. You need 3 Allotment seeds to plant a single plant. Some crops even get diseased, which need to be cured using a special potion or magic spell.

Things to consider

Before you begin Farming, you need to consider the duration of the crop’s growth cycle, and even the time you’re willing to spend on each one. It’s worth noting that plants don’t die once they’re fully grown, which means you can come back after weeks or months to harvest them.

Players often do crop runs to train their Farming more passively while considering their income. You can always do these runs every once a week or two to bring the most out of the crops that take a long time to grow. If you play several hours a day, you can consider increasing the number of runs, but with crops growing in a shorter timeframe.

You may also want to consider your mobility. Being an old player, you may have access to teleports, fairy rings, achievement diaries, etc., which can help make things easier. Anyhow, once you’ve picked what crops you’re going to grow, you’ll wonder “what now?”.

Well, you need to head out to seed-specific farming patches across the game to start growing your crops. We have prepared a list for you.

You can find herb allotment patches South of Falador, Catherby, North of Ardougne, West of Port Phasmatys, Great Kourend, Harmany Island, and Troll Stronghold.

You can find hop patches near Lumbridge Chicken & Cows, Northwest of Seer’s Village, Yanille, and the Southwestern corner of Entrana.

You can find bush patches south of the southwestern Varrock mine (Champions Guild), outside Rimmington, South of Ardougne, and Etcerteria.

You can find tree patches west of Lumbridge, Taverly, Varrock Castle, Falador Gardens, and Gnome Stronghold.

Finally, you can find fruit tree patches south of the Brimhaven docks, Catherby (near the Ice Mountain trail exit), west of the Tree Gnome Maze, within the Tree Gnome Stronghold and Lletya.

Farm Run

First, teleport to Lumbridge and head west to find a Tree patch in the Lumbridge forest. Continue heading west to Rimmington and stop at the Allotment patch north of the road. Hit the Bush patch at Rimmington, and then turn north towards Falador.

Stop at the city’s garden patch. You can also use the bank here if you like. Now, you need to head west through the Ice Mountain to reach Catherby. There are two more Allotment patches here.

Alternatively, you can take the road east from Falador to move towards Varrock, where there’s a Tree patch awaiting in the main castle. Finally, turn south to hit the Bush & Hop patches on your way back to Lumbridge.

Conclusion

We hope you enjoyed our Farming guide. There are other strategies you can choose to follow at higher levels, but as a beginner, we advise you to approach the early levels through our guide. Good luck!

Runescape RWT Methods!!!

Firstly for all the methods stated below ACCOUNT A will be the account giving the money and ACCOUNT B will be the account receiving the money.

METHOD 1

The first method would be using pharoah’s sceptres. This is one of the most effective methods of transfering money and some people refer to this as G.E. abuse. Firstly you will need a decent amount of money on each account and they will both have to be members. (P2p players)

Account B buys as many Sceptres(1) as he can for lowest price. The reason the sceptre will buy out is because who buys a sceptre with one charge left on it? Account A then buys all the sceptres for medium price. Account A then can either try and resell it back to the G.E or he could recharge it with trinkets at the mummy in the desert. Account B will then have made the margin of lowest price to medium.

METHOD 2

The second method requires both account to be p2p players also. Account A brings the money to be transferred to the wildy or the elf lands. (WHERE THE WHITEBERRIES ARE, SEARCH GOOGLE TO FIND LOCATION). Account B also goes there. This is simple. All account B has to do is pick up the whiteberries spawning there and trade it to account a for max price. Account A simply drops the whiteberries received after giving the money. Keep doing this as fast as you can. The faster you do it the more money is transferred per hour.

METHOD 3

The third method is also relatively similar to the second and it also requires both accounts to be members on Runescape. Take both accounts to the Kalphite lair in the desert and as usual bring the money being transferred on account A. Take them to the Kalphite Soldier area where potato cactuses spawn and wait for 15 minutes till the soldiers stop being agressive towards you. Now do the same as above. E.g. Pick up cactus, trade to Account B and repeat.

METHOD 4

The fourth method can be done with any accounts. This requires you to be in touch with the market of runescape. Find an item that is crashing extremely badly. A really good way of finding this is to go to world 2 and find a merching clan. There will be many people advertising their merching clans in hope of getting a rank in the clan. Join the clan chat and find out what item they are merching. The way it works is that everyone in the clan buys the item for max so the price of the item rises by alot which is where they sell and earn money. The thing is when everyone dumps/sells their item, the price of the item crashes. It crashes below the original price of the item. This just means that everyone will be selling that item for minimum price when the clan has dumped the item. This is where Account B buys as much of the item as possible for MIN price and sells to account A for medium. There is a limit on how many of the item you can buy per hour. You can switch between clans to find different items and find the one which earns the most money. You can keep doing this becasue everyone will continue to sell for minimum until the price begins to stabalise. The thing about this is after some time the item will return back to it’s original state which is when Account A sells the item back to the GE and gets the money back. It is also possible to make a profit on Account A depending on whether the item gets back it it’s original price and/or above.

How to Make Money in Runescape

Here are a few ways to make easy money in Runescape, a popular MMORPG.

Note : This is mainly for F2P players, as P2P players will have other, more easier methods to make money.

  1. Selling Steel Bars

Requirement : 30 Mining, 30 Smithing, 43 Magic ( Optional)

An easy way to make money is to make steel bars, which sell for 1000 coins each, by mining 2 coal and 1 iron in the dwarven mines, where both can be found. With 43 Magic, Superheat Item can be cast on them, saving time, as instead of smelting the bars in the Falador furnace, you can do it inside the Mines itself. It is recommended that you buy a fire staff (1500 coins in store, 801 coins on GE). The profit when using the Superheat Item spell is 750 coins, as opposed to 1000 coins, but saves time and more can be made per hour.

  1. Selling Air Runes

Requirement : 1 Runecrafting ( But the higher the more money made), 1 Mining, Completion of “Rune Mysteries”

Another way to make money is to run air runes, the altar of which can be found south-west of varrock, close to Barbarian Village. After Mining the Rune essence, you can run to the altar and change them into air runes, which sell for 16 coins each. with 27 essences, 28 if you have air tiara, you can make 432 coins per run. If you have higher runecrafting, however, you can make more air runes per rune essence. Ex. at 22 runecrafting, you make 3 air runes per essence, which increases your profit to 1296 coins per run, which is reasonable.

  1. Selling Rune Essence

Requirement : 1 Mining, Completion of ” Rune Mysteries”

Alternatively, instead of converting the rune essence into any type of rune, you can just sell the rune essence itself, which sells for 71 coins each, making 1988 per run, assuming that the pickaxe is armed. However, someone with 44 runecrafting would be able to make 2160 coins per run with air runes, but it takes a long time to train to 44 runecrafting.

  1. Selling Big Bones

Requirement : Preferably 45+ Combat

A popular way to make money is to kill Hill Giants ( Level 28) and collect the Big Bones that are dropped and sell them in the GE, where they are sold for 649 coins each, making 18172 per full inventory, however, unless you are ranging from a safe spot, you will be needing space for runes and for food, so the amount made will differ.
